Sensitive ingredients require special treatment.
Proper manufacturing technology for mixtures of vitamins and herbs is very difficult to come by. Applying high pressure and heat is unsuitable for these delicate mixtures. All vitamins and most of the active herb components are very sensitive to elevated temperature and will be destroyed if the temperature rises above 42 - 45 C. It is unimportant how many vitamins were included into the mixture, if none of them are active after processing!

The manufacturing process we choose for all our products, which contain herbs and vitamins, is very delicate. During the procedure the temperature comes up to 35 – 40 C for a short time and never exceeds 40 C. So all vitamins and plant extracts in our products stay fresh and active.

Packing:

Special sealing system with strong airproof plastic film.
The proper sealing technique prolongs shelf-life of our products. Vacuum protects the oxygen-sensitive components and keeps the original smell. Also the cover shields from external dust and pollution.
